Pumpkin Pecan Muffins

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 eggs (beaten)

2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 tablespoons butter
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon water
